is moving to Lynnfield, MA

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but embracing and building the new!

I’ve have decided to move into new areas, discover new opportunities, and evolve into new directions.

Body and Soul Reiki will not be going away, just growing into something new. I am opening my own yoga studio in my new space. I will also be engaging in sound healing, and sacred artistic expression, as well as continuing my Reiki practice.

    Next, I’ll use some Alchemy tools that clear the belief systems and heavy emotions. You will notice an immediate lightness in your body.

    At last we will turn to the magic of Reiki, where you will relax, release and enjoy the flow of beautiful, loving, healing energy of Reiki to balance your emotions, release old mental processes and heal the physical.
